GLOBAL CHALLENGES requires
a Multi-Stakeholders Approach
“A Goal without a Plan, is just a wish”
Antoine de Saint-Exupéry
The major issues facing our planet require the pooling and sharing of knowledge, capital, data and investments across institutions, across disciplines and across continents. But first we need to invest, so where to start?
Our Institute helps you to discover the right Stakeholders, Value Models and Access to Capital
Our aim is to help your organization (public or private) to onboard the right stakeholders and get on the right funding trajectory. Our team of experts is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals by setting the right objectives, writing the appropriate proposal(s), and creating new value models which serve the common goal. Challenges are generally too complex to be addressed by one stakeholder. Addressing Societal Challenges requires a multi-stakeholder approach, and this is where our Institute comes in. In order to get multi-stakeholders on board, you have to quantify various value models. We are well aware that each stakeholder has a unique value, finance, sustainability and affordability model. The above-mentioned are directions are directions, in which we also focus on identifying funds and other contribution possibilities (other than cash, might be in kind, knowledge, IP, or other) which enables and facilitates challenges and sustainable changes on hand.

Our team consists of formal EIC evaluators (European Innovation Council) of the European Commission, meaning that we know which direction to navigate and what to expect in terms of ‘how to get access to finance and what to look after when writing proposals’.
Our objective is to help you draft an accurate proposal by defining the short-,mid- and long-term objectives sustainably, including a strategy on who to involve in which part of the journey. Our experts are key players in attracting the right stakeholders during the right phase of your organization’s journey. This is done through having constant checks and balances regarding the maturity level of your business ( varying from seed capital, grants, loans, venture capital, and business incubators).
Urban Societies from different parts of the world face similar challenges in addressing global issues at the local level. Together we can move things to a new scale across national borders. In addtion to sharing risks and investments, mutual learning will impact what you can achieve. Finding a common goal and working together are at the heart of international collaboration.
